If you are a new guest coming in for a massage or facial, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the appropriate paperwork.
Please note, we enforce a strict cancellation policy to ensure efficiency for all of our guests. Cancelled appointments must be made 24 hours prior to appointment time (48 hours if you have multiple services booked over $150 in value) or 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. “No shows” or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price. If you arrive late, please be aware time may be taken off your spa service. Should the payment for your fee not go through, you will not be able to book until the amount due is paid in full.
